Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition. This means the product must be uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging, with all original accessories, manuals, and parts included.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please email our support team at support@lamp-lighte.us with your Order Number and reason for the return.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Return Method: By Mail
Return Label: Provided via email (Download and Print) at no cost to the customer for approved returns.
Return Shipping Costs:
Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Lamplighter will cover the return shipping cost at no cost to you.
Other Eligible Returns: For all other approved returns, Lamplighter will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days, subject to any applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges:
We accept exchange requests for eligible products, subject to product availability. Please contact our support team before returning an item to receive exchange instructions.
